Our story
Long-term success, one project at a time.
We began in Mardan with Gulberg Model Town, a landscaped housing society of more than 600 plots that sold out completely. Since then we have delivered Gulberg Place in Islamabad, Gulberg Arcade, Alhamra Banquets and Alhamra Hotel, and we are now developing Green Mansions next to the CPEC Rashakai Economic Zone.
We aim for long-term success through the timely delivery of high-quality projects that win over our clients for a lifetime. Thanks to Allah, our projects have proven to be profitable investments for all our clients, and we aim to keep providing that value for a long time to come.

We believe our first responsibility is to our customers. In meeting their needs, everything we do must be of high quality.
We must constantly strive to provide value, reasonable prices and returns. Our dealings must be honest and transparent, even in times of distress. Our business partners must have an opportunity to make a fair profit.
Our customer service must be heroic. Our projects must aim to fascinate.

To those who work with us
Our second responsibility is to those who work with us: the men and women out on sites and in our offices. They must have a sense of security in their jobs. Wages must be fair and adequate, management just, hours reasonable, and working conditions clean and orderly.
Employees should have an organised system for suggestions and complaints. Supervisors and department heads must be qualified and fair-minded. There must be opportunity for advancement for those qualified and committed to continuous self-improvement. And each person must be considered an individual, standing on his own dignity and merit.

Our third responsibility is to our management. Our executives must be persons of talent, education, experience and ability. They must be persons of common sense and full understanding.

To our communities
Our fourth responsibility is to the communities in which we live. We must be a good citizen, supporting good works and charity. We must maintain in good order the property we are privileged to use.
We must participate in the promotion of civic improvement, education, poverty alleviation and good government, and acquaint the community with our activities.

To our stakeholders
Our final responsibility is to our stakeholders. Business must make a sound profit. Reserves must be created, research must be carried on, adventurous projects developed, and mistakes paid for.
Adverse times must be provided for, new machines purchased, new projects launched, new technologies adopted and new sales plans developed. We must experiment with new ideas. When these things have been done, the stakeholder should receive a fair return.
We are determined, with the help of Allah’s grace, to fulfil these obligations to the best of our ability.
